I believe in empowering the individual, and utilize elements of CBT and person-centered counseling towards evidence-based solutions to a variety of mental health concerns. I believe in honing interpersonal skills, including communication and boundary-setting, through the therapeutic alliance and offer a warm, relaxed, and authentic approach to treatment.
